Hello! I'm Sameer.

I'm the co-founder and CTO of Beautylish, a beauty retailer built on three things: curated global brands, expert advice, and personal service. We help people find products that actually work for them and deliver them with a high level of care.

We also created Good Molecules. Good Molecules is a skincare brand designed to help you see a difference in your skin. Our ingredients are backed by science, our packaging is safe for the planet, and our low prices make sure everyone can use it.

I've previously worked on monetization at YouTube, data analytics at Google, missile interceptors at Lockheed Martin, and medical sensor device research at UC Berkeley.

Teaching

• I taught Intro to Computer Science at Balboa High school as part of TEALS. I also mentored SF teaching teams to help TEALS acheive it's mission of establishing a computer science program at every high school.
• I mentored low-income, high-achieving high school students with Minds Matter of San Francisco.
• I was a teaching assistant for CS 61C the third introductory CS class at UC Berkeley in Fall 2006.
• I helped develop the Weiner Lecture Archives, an archive of UC Berkeley CS lectures and corresponding lecture notes.
